KEEP GATE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES • Initials requiredUser agrees to close the outdoor gate at all times. Failure to close the gate will result in forfeiture of your privilege to use outdoor courts for rest of season with no refund on payment. Each offense will result in $35 charge for failure to close the gate. After 3 offenses, player will be suspended from use of outdoor courts for remainder of the season.
Damages due to negligence of leaving gate open will result in fees for theft or fixing damages. User will be responsible for all damages including theft caused by another person they allow in due to negligence.
BOOK Outdoor Courts by texting 630-556-1199 • Initials required
User agrees to TEXT to 630-556-1199 to book outdoor courts each time. Unauthorized use of gate code to use the outdoor court will result in a $25 No Book Fee.
UNAUTHORIZED USE • Initials required
User that allows UNAUTHORIZED USE of Outdoor court by letting another player into the court or giving gate code to an unauthorized person will result in SUSPENSION of all privileges for Outdoor courts with no refund. Outdoor court membership will not be offered to user in the future.

$5 Guest Access to Outdoor Court can be paid on website. Failure to pay prior to use will result in a $25 Fee.

ETA will automatically charge for penalties in regards to negligence.
PRIME PERK: USE of OUTDOOR COURT with ACCESS GATE CODE • Initials requiredThis is a privilege that we are extending to our PRIME Members. It is not a right. We expect that our PRIME Members to take good care of the outdoor courts by making sure to keep gate closed at all times and not let anyone in. If they have access, they will have the code. Giving Unauthorized access to anyone will result in suspension of privilege.
Prime Members must book outdoor courts for use. Group classes and Coach's Private lessons take priority over any court user at all times.
PRIME MEMBER ACCESS to OUTDOOR COURTS DO NOT INCLUDE ACCESS to BALL CARTS or EQUIPMENT use on the outdoor courts.
NO Littering or use of courts for other type of activity except for Tennis.
KEEP COURT TIDY AFTER USE • Initials required
There will be an automatic PENALTY CHARGE of $25 for each incidence of leaving the courts with uncollected trash or balls. Please discuss with your player that they must pick up after themselves and keep the courts tidy. Persistent issues of leaving courts untidy will result in forfeiture of Outdoor Court Membership with No Refunds.

Must schedule only 1 court at a time. May schedule 1 week ahead of time. Limit to 1.5 hours per use.
OUTDOOR COURT MEMBERSHIP • Initials requiredOnly Outdoor Court members with signed waivers will be allowed to use the outdoor courts. Guests must sign waivers as well as pay guest fee. Non Members not associated with ETA must keep a Deposit $75 that will be returned at end of season. Outdoor Court Membership fee is not transferable or cancellable.
